Weldon Granger received his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana and received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. He has practiced in the FELA field since law school. In his 45-plus years of service to the employees of all railroad unions he has had the pleasure of managing the law firm of Jones Granger.

His involvement with railway labor has given him the opportunity to serve in various capacities on behalf of the labor organizations to include acting as Coordinating Counsel for the designated legal counsel on behalf of most of the organizations during his years with the firm. As one of the founding members of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys he had the privilege of serving as its president and continues to advise in various capacities.

His firm, Jones Granger, is privileged to have designations from railway labor organizations.
