Christopher Barteau is a transactional attorney specializing in mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance and commercial lending, and general corporate matters. Before joining Jones Granger, Chris served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Dome Energy, Inc. He was born and raised in San Antonio and attended Texas Tech University before receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He graduated with honors from South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and received a CALI Award for the highest grade in his Secured Transactions class.
